Centre Parcs Holiday Village is a Center For Family Fun and Adventure

<<

>>

The Centre Parcs or Center Parks holiday villages concept came to England from Holland some years ago.

It is a very simple idea but when carried out as well as the company behind this do, it is very effective.

With all you require for a great time, regardless of the weather, in one traffic free center it is very popular.

And many families, worldwide, love the experience and return again and again.

Whether you live in the UK or are planning a visit to one of the centres, the main consideration is the weather. This is where a holiday at Centre Parks answers the question, ‘What shall we do if it rains?’

It is almost inevitable that it will. But, if it doesn’t that is ok too as there is a huge variety of outdoor activities too.

The whole concept is family friendly.

The first impression is good and it is immediately obvious that your young children can have a great time without worrying about traffic. All cars are kept in one large car park and once you have unloaded your car that is where it stays.

At Centre Parcs there are different types of accommodation, all self-catering but varying in size and styles. Most have bbq patio area, which is great for the days it is warm, and a bbq doesn’t really feel like cooking as all the family can do there bit. Of course you don’t have to cook the places to eat are as varied as the accommodation.

There are family friendly cafes that won’t break the bank but give mum a break and there are more expensive restaurants where you can spoil yourself. Some of the centre parcs restaurants have theme nights and some have the occasional live entertainment.

So, first of all, what if it rains?

Well Centre Parcs are famous for their indoor pools. They are very spacious with poolside tables and chairs and snacks and drinks available. The good thing is that the pool area is included in the price of the accommodation so if you really wanted to you could spend the whole of your time there in and around the pool, which is what you may have wanted to do if you had spent your holiday abroad.

Pets are also accommodated and there are special areas for them so they don’t spoil the environment for others.

The and do in fact vary from Park to Park but you can easily find out what is available at each location.

Just to list some of the activities, for example all parks have cycles for hire. This is a great way to see around the park as the areas are large and have a variety of scenery. There are lakesides and woodland, all with good cycle paths and places to picnic and no traffic to contend with.

For the more adventurous there is horse riding and sailing, paintball, archery, laser combat and tree trekking to name a few.

Let’s not forget that there may be some people (hard working mums for example) who might want to take time out for some pampering. No problem.

After the pampering, if you feel like a romantic evening without the children, some Centre Parcs provide vetted baby sitters.

So, everything is covered. The weather, the activities, the food, the pampering, the romantic evening, so what are you waiting for. There is a Centre Parcs not too far away.
