<<

>>

Holiday trip photography adds to your vacations and breaks pleasure.

It doesn’t matter whether like me, you’re more into point and shoot with a digital camera or you’re more of a professional amateur.

Your travel pictures are special because the pictures that you take, are taken to help fix the memories of a particular vacation, holiday or short break.

We are always happy to showcase readers photos. Add your 'best' pictures here! We would love to see them.

With digital camera's we are taking more pictures.

Of course there is no delight in taking rubbish pictures and with the modern digital camera this becomes harder and harder to do.

For some the whole subject of taking photos while on vacations is a large part of their holiday and they spend many hours on getting perfect pictures.

I like nothing better on a cold rainy winters day to open a bottle of wine and put my tour photography efforts on the TV or laptop. Memories come flooding back and specific instances are brought immediately to life.

I enjoy having a mix of still pictures and video.

Whether you're a beginner, a keen amateur or a professional there is a certain pleasure in viewing your best traveling photography trophies.

Some people whether they use a digital camera or shoot with film would like to improve their skills and there are many ways to learn how to take better photos.

When you examine various courses on the Internet you see how you choose courses in a people, landscape, wildlife, or travel as subjects.

You can learn compositional skill, lighting technique and creative images.

Digital cameras have revolutionised picture taking so that you can take lots and lots of photos and then discard those that aren’t much good.

Then we end up with loads of pictures or video clips scattered over our computers. To know about good organising programs and editing suites can also enhance our enjoyment of our best travel photography.

Cameras keep getting better and better and now combine excellent high quality still images and high definition video in one camera.

I was thinking of up grading my own camera for a camera with better quality video but then someone told me about a great pocket high definition video camera that was really inexpensive.

I checked it out and was blown away with the value so I bought one. It's the Kodak Zx1 high definition pocket video camera.

I realise the skill required for shooting videos is different from that used for stills so I’m busy learning how to use it.
