Weekend Breaks Hiking Winter Skiing City Luxury It's Your Choice

<<>>

Weekend breaks city visits are fantastic and needn’t cost you the earth.

There are some fantastic city deals to be had if, as always, you know where to look

There are some and great things to do.

Such as winter skiing or summer hiking, wherever you live.
The weekend breaks luxury is that they make a terrific change of pace and scene.

Everyone needs a change now and then, don't they.

You aren’t just restricted to a city but could spend your weekend breaks skiing, sailing, hiking or doing whatever you want to do. The choice is yours. Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter.

If you go to the hairdresser on a Friday 99 times out of 100 you can bet the question, “Doing anything nice over the week-end”? Will be asked.

So … what are you doing this week end?

Skiing.

Shopping.

Hiking.

Household chores.

Watching or participating in Sport.

Dancing or keeping fit.

Gardening.

Baby sitting.

Keeping the couch warm.

The list could be endless, couldn’t it.

But for a lot of people it becomes a ritual and like any other day.

So weekend breaks winter ski or summer hike are a welcome departure from the norm.

Here is a story I heard.

Getting away from it, a couple spend their free time camping. But on the various camping sites they found themselves disturbed by well meaning, but unwelcome, visits from other campers. So they devised a plan to assure themselves some privacy. Now, when they set up camp, they place this sign on the tent flap: "Insurance agent. Ask about our term-life package."

Needless to say they are never disturbed now.

Everyone has their own idea about what makes a good break for some it’s peace and quiet for others it’s party time and all action.

And you know what you want for yourself. I don't like to ski but I love to hike.

You know what will stimulate and refresh you.

I heard of one positive thinker who stopped saying week-end and made it his strongend. I don’t know what he’ll do about the week.

Now the traditional one-day celebration has been stretched into 2 or 3-day affair. This has happened to the hen night and the stag night especially, which have become city breaks or activity related.

It seems as though everyone is looking to do something just that little bit different.

Skiing, driving, diving etc. It has become the same for birthdays and anniversaries etc. Lets face it every one loves a break and the least chance to take one is grabbed with relish. Then there are those who shorten their holidays and vacations to 3 or 4 days taking a day either side , so they can go to more places, have more city breaks or do more things over their year.

Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. <<>>

If people have had a great week-end have you noticed how much they ask other people how theirs was.

Just so they can talk about their own.

So the week-end is on its way.

Don’t worry about what you have or haven’t done over the week.

Because always remember that only Robinson Crusoe had everything done by Friday.

Go on enjoy your weekend breaks.
